TYLER.EXTENSIONS LLC does not issue refunds. At the same time TYLER.EXTENSIONS LLC and each stylist within strive for 100% satisfaction. We know that doing great hair and having a great experience is the key to happiness and success. If there is a problem with the color, cut or Extensions the stylist that performed the service can and will fix it at no charge. Notice must be given to salon with 72 hours of the reservation and the work must be completed within 7 days of the reservation. TYLER.EXTENSIONS LLC and/or the stylist has the right to consult first and discuss with client about the reservation. If the client wants additional work done that was not discussed in the original consultation, then this would be an additional reservation and may come with additional fees. If client’s hair is tampered with by a 3rd party after completion of work performed by a TYLER.EXTENSIONS LLC STYLIST, TYLER.EXTENSIONS LLC and affiliated companies are release from all liability.

CANCELLATION/NO-SHOW POLICY

In order to reserve time with a stylist at TYLER.EXTENSIONS LLC a NON-REFUNDABLE RETAINER will be obtained. Once funds are collected, and you choose to cancel / not attend your reservation, you will forfeit your retainer as a CANCELLATION FEE. In the event of a rescheduled reservation less than 72 hours in advance, a one-time charge of 75% of services reserved will be charged to the credit card on file as a CANCELLATION FEE. In the event of a rescheduled or canceled reservation less than 24 hours in advance, a one-time charge of 75% of services reserved to the credit card on file as a CANCELLATION FEE. COVID-19 is a known risk when booking appointments. COVID-19 is NOT a valid reason to wave CANCELLATION or NO-SHOW FEES. In the event of a client not showing up for their reservation, a one-time charge of 100% of services reserved to the credit card on file as a CANCELLATION / NO SHOW FEE. The NON-REFUNDABLE RETAINER will carry forward with the rescheduled appointment. For all reoccurring reservations reserved without a NON-REFUNDABLE RETAINER, will require a credit card at the time of booking. In the event you need to cancel your reservation less than 72 hours in advance, 75% of services reserved will be charged as a CANCELLATION / NO SHOW FEE. LATE POLICY:If you are 15 minutes late, you are choosing to forfeit your reservation.Your reservation will be cancelled and the credit card on file will be charged a LATE/CANCELLATION of 75% of the reservation total.
