Hey, Tyler here! I hope your year has been off to a great start. I wanted to update everybody on a few changes regarding my availability and booking policies: 

Over the past few months, I have developed some health concerns that have impacted my ability to work behind the chair as much as I would like. This past week, these issues have escalated to a level which has forced me to either immediately cut back on the amount of work I do in the salon, or risk permanent damage to my hands and wrists. Limiting my work days in the salon will help my body recover to ensure I can do what I love long-term (A.K.A. your hair!) Due to these changes, I am temporarily closing my books to new clients. However, I am going to continue to service those who have already invested so much into me and my craft.

Effective immediately, I will be cutting back my days in the salon to Mondays and Tuesdays, with an occasional Wednesday or Thursday added to make up for any traveling I do. While I do understand this will be a large inconvenience to those who have appointments booked outside of these days, I can guarantee this is not a decision I have taken lightly. During this transitional time, I ask for your patience while I do my absolute best to accommodate everyone the best I can. I will be personally reaching out to anyone who is affected by these changes throughout the week and into next weekend. 

The next statement does not apply to these appointments, as I will be reaching out to anyone affected directly— 

In addition, I kindly ask that ALL bookings and appointment changes that are not made in person be done via my online booking system. This includes ANY and ALL last minute appointment changes or cancellations, emergency "bead slip" fixes, move-ups, color appoinments, and adding your name to my waitlist. It is just me working behind the scenes, and it has reached the point of being too difficult to balance keeping up with texts and dms about appointments while also responding in a timely manner.  Booking online offers you a fast, streamline experience with no wait time, along with giving you my exact, up-to-date availability. (This is the exact same availability I would offer you in person or over text). You can change, adjust, cancel, view, or book appointments 24/7 without having to wait on my response.

**An important reminder- ALL last minute cancellations and appointment changes MUST be done through my online booking system. If not, these appointments will be considered a no-show. To book an appointment, a credit card must be placed on file. There is a 75% service charge fee for all appointments canceled or rescheduled within 72 hours of the appointment day and time, and a 100% service charge fee for all no-shows. My new schedule will be very limited, and I will not be able to accomodate very many last minute appointment changes. This means if you do have to reschedule for any reason, my next availability will likely not be for several weeks. This also forces me to be very strict with my 15 minute late policy to protect the appointments of all guests. Please keep this in mind when booking your appointment.
